NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coating film of gas turbine blade comprises (i) ball milling the prepared graphene coating slurry and uniformly stirring; (ii) sandblasting gas turbine blades; (iii) drying the air-blasted gas turbine blades with dry air, and washing with chemical reagents; (iv) subjecting the cleaned gas turbine blades to high-temperature disinfection and drying treatment in the disinfection cabinet, and performing optimization treatment in drying cabinet; (v) placing graphene coating slurry in the spraying equipment and stirring; (vi) taking the gas turbine blade from the drying box and placing on mold, utilizing the graphene coating slurry to automatically spray the gas turbine blade through the spraying equipment, and drying the sprayed gas turbine blade; (vii) spraying the gas turbine blades twice and drying the sprayed gas turbine blades; and (viii) checking the gas turbine blades and drying treatments and vacuum sintering the gas turbine blades to form a graphene coating film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene coating film of gas turbine blade. ADVANTAGE - The film has high temperature ablation resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance and erosion resistance, and improves the life of the aeroengine.
