NOVELTY - Preparing sewage treatment adsorption composite film containing graphene oxide comprises e.g. (1) dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, carrying ultrasonic treatment for 50-80 minutes, suction filtering, drying to obtain surface activated graphene oxide; (2) dissolving the pore-forming agent in water, adding the surface-activated graphene oxide obtained in the step (1), stirring, filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide powder supporting pore-forming agent; (3) uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide powder supporting pore-forming agent obtained in the step (2) in the solution of organic base film material, continuously stirring, adding defoaming agent and thickener to form viscous membrane casting solution; and (4) uniform coating the viscous membrane casting solution on base, removing solvent by heating, allowing to stand the base film to precipitate and solidify. USE - The method is useful for preparing sewage treatment adsorption composite film containing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: has high filtration efficiency on water treatment, good sewage treatment effect, long service life, pollution resistance and toughness property; is simple to prepare. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing sewage treatment adsorption composite film containing graphene oxide comprises (1) dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide, carrying ultrasonic treatment for 50-80 minutes, suction filtering, drying to obtain surface activated graphene oxide; (2) dissolving the pore-forming agent in water, adding the surface-activated graphene oxide obtained in the step (1), stirring for 20-30 minutes, filtering and drying to obtain graphene oxide powder supporting pore-forming agent; (3) uniformly dispersing the graphene oxide powder supporting pore-forming agent obtained in the step (2) in the solution of organic base film material, continuously stirring, adding defoaming agent and thickener to form viscous membrane casting solution; and (4) uniform coating the viscous membrane casting solution on base, removing solvent by heating, allowing to stand the base film to precipitate and solidify, re-water washing and dissolving the pore-forming agent, to obtain water-treated adsorption film having nano-scale microporous structure. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sewage treatment adsorption composite film containing graphene oxide is prepared by above mentioned method.
