NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene non-stick cementing aluminum template coating comprises 20-30 pts.wt.modified polysiloxane resin, 3-8 pts.wt.modified nano zirconium dioxide, 3-7 pts.wt. nano niobium oxide, 20-30 pts.wt.tetraethoxysilane, 5-10 parts of nano modified graphene dispersion liquid, 0.5-3 pts.wt.adhesion promoter and 5-15 pts.wt.polytetramethoxy silane oligomer, where modified polysiloxane resin in helium environment, adding 4.2g of DBSA, 1.4gOP-10 and 80ml of deionized water into stirrer with condensing tube, stirring at 70-90 ℃ for 2-3 hours, preserving heat for 4-8 hours, and cooling to obtain modified polysiloxane resin, modified graphene dispersion liquid adding 40g of deionized water and 0.5g of polyether polymer dispersing agent, uniformly dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, then adding a silane coupling agent, uniformly dispersing for 0.5-1 hour, then adding 40-50 parts by mass of nanosecond fluidized copper, performing ultrasonic dispersion. USE - aqueous graphene non-stick cement building aluminum template coating is useful in the field of cooker inner wall nonstick coating and so on. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene non-stick cement building aluminium template coating has improved anti-adhesive performance and chemical stability, heat resistance, mechanical property and other properties.
