NOVELTY - A diffusion film comprises a base material and a UV resin layer coated on the surface of the base material. The UV resin layer is prepared using 50-80 parts mass acrylic resin oligomer, 10-40 parts mass acrylic resin monomer, 1-5 parts mass photoinitiator, 1-2 parts mass scratch-resistant agent and 1-3 parts mass adhesive. USE - Diffusion film for small display. ADVANTAGE - The diffusion film has excellent scratch resistance, strong bonding force with substrate, improved haze, friction resistance and bonding performance due to formation of hardened light diffusion layer with excellent formability and scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of diffusion film, which involves (i) mixing and stirring acrylic resin oligomer, acrylic resin monomer, photoinitiator, scratch-resistant agent and adhesive into uniform UV resin, (ii) coating UV resin on the surface of polyethylene terephthalate base material to form UV resin layer, (iii) rolling the soft film with microstructure on the surface of UV resin layer to form a diffusion layer with microstructure, and (iv) irradiating using curing equipment and forming.
