▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Functional textile (110) comprises a planar heating element coating liquid composition comprising 15-45 wt.% polyvinyl chloride-based copolymer solution as a fixed polymer, 15-35 wt.% graphene and 15- 45 wt.% carbon nanotubes (CNT) as a heating material, coated on one or both sides of the textile, and a coating layer. The textile is prepared by mixing polyester, polyurethane and nylon. The coating solution composition comprises a high-tech composite that is applied with graphene/CNT blending technology. USE - The functional textile is useful for producing textiles. ADVANTAGE - The functional textile has excellent electrical properties, resistance to oxidation, thermal conductivity, piezoelectricity, viscosity, adhesion, uniform heat resistance and coating properties, and exhibits excellent flexibility and electrical conductivity.
