▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based gas-sensitive material comprises (i) mixing graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, adding sodium nitrate under stirring, cooling, adding potassium permanganate, heating, then adding distilled water, heating, stopping the reaction, washing and drying to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) adding graphene oxide to deionized water, then adding tin(IV) chloride pentahydrate, ultrasonic dispersion and centrifuging to obtain dispersed liquid, and (iii) adding copper chloride, sodium citrate, surfactant and glucose into dispersion liquid, heating, centrifuging and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based gas-sensitive material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gas-sensitive material: has the sensitivity of 1.82-5 parts per million nitrogen dioxide at room temperature, and response time of 42 seconds and the recovery time of 318 seconds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based gas-sensitive material comprises (i) mixing 0.1 g graphite powder and 2-3 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, adding 10 mg sodium nitrate under stirring, continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, cooling to 2-4 degrees C, adding 0.3 g potassium permanganate, heating to 35-40 degrees C, then reacting for 30-40 minutes, then adding 5 ml distilled water, heating to 70-80 degrees C, reacting for 10-20 minutes, stopping the reaction, washing the reactant by distilled water and drying to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) adding 0.5 mg graphene oxide obtained in step (ii) to 20-30 ml deionized water, then adding 0.02-0.03 g tin(IV) chloride pentahydrate, then ultrasonic dispersion in a hydrothermal reactor and centrifuging the resulting product to obtain dispersed liquid, and (iii) adding 4-8 wt.% copper chloride, 0.5-1.2 wt.% sodium citrate, 0.2-0.6 wt.% surfactant and 0.1-0.3 wt.% glucose into dispersed liquid obtained in (ii), heating, centrifuging the resulting product and drying to obtain final product.
