▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon-coated metal oxide semiconductor nano-sheet graphene material prepared by (i) taking graphene oxide in solvent, ultrasonically treating to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (ii) adding metal salt into the dispersion liquid, and stirring, (iii) filling the resulting solution into a reaction kettle, carrying out crystallization, centrifuging, ultrasonically washing, and drying in air to obtain organo-metallic precursors nanosheet and graphene composite original powder, and (iv) calcining the raw powder in mixed atmosphere of argon gas and hydrogen, is claimed. USE - The composite material is useful in lithium-ion battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery cathode has excellent electrochemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbon-coated metal oxide semiconductor nano-sheet graphene material prepared by (i) taking 20-100 mg graphene oxide in 20-40 ml solvent, ultrasonically treating for 30-120 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (ii) adding 0.3-1.5 g metal salt into the dispersion liquid, and stirring for 10-60 minutes, (iii) filling the resulting solution into a reaction kettle, sealing under self pressure at constant temperature for carrying out crystallization, centrifuging, ultrasonically washing the solid product with anhydrous ethanol for many times, drying at 60-120 degrees C for 12-48 hours in air to obtain organo-metallic precursors nanosheet and graphene composite original powder, and (iv) calcining the raw powder in mixed atmosphere of argon gas and hydrogen to obtain the self-carbon coated semiconductor metal oxide nano piece and graphene composite material, is claimed.
