NOVELTY - A high-temperature oxide graphene-based composite film comprises sandwich structure comprising graphite layer, silicon oxycarbide (SiOC) layer and silicon carbide (SiC) layer. The SiOC layer is provided between SiC layer and graphite layer. USE - High-temperature oxide graphene-based composite film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high thermal coefficient, good mechanical performance, and high temperature antioxidant property, preferably modulus of 2-10 GPa, hardness of 0.05-5 GPa, thermal conductivity of 15-100 W/m-K, and etching rate of 0.05-5.0 mg/second. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the high-temperature oxide graphene-based composite film which comprises performing ultrasonic oxidation graphene/silicon containing material and water solution; and taking mixed solution and pouring into mold, performing suction filtration to obtain composite thin film; using prepared composite film, heating and annealing under inert atmosphere, and preparing desired thin film.
