The treatment box comprises heavy metal adsorption layer, single-vacancy defective graphene adsorbent layer and purifying layer. The purifying layer comprises immobilized microorganism ball to remove sulfur dioxide gas, dioxin, suspended substance and particulate matter in sewage and waste gas. USE - Copper industry sewage purification device. ADVANTAGE - The device prevents membrane fouling, and can remove nitrogen oxides and particulates from wastewater and waste gas, heavy metal substance, and sulfuric acid mist. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A copper industry sewage purification device comprises air inlet pipe (1) attached at the bottom of treatment box (3), water inlet pipe (2) located on top of treatment box, water outlet pipe (9), air outlet pipe (10), and membrane pool (11). The treatment box comprises heavy metal adsorption layer, single-vacancy defective graphene adsorbent layer and purifying layer. The heavy metal adsorption layer uses mold as biological adsorbent for the adsorption of heavy metals in sewage and waste gas. The SDG adsorbent layer is used for removing sulfuric acid mist in exhaust gas. The purifying layer comprises immobilized microorganism ball to remove sulfur dioxide gas, dioxin, suspended substance and particulate matter in sewage and waste gas. A magnetic field generator and a container are arranged outside the treatment box. The magnetic field generator is used for holding the immobilized microorganism ball in a suspended state. The container is provided with immobilized microbial ball. The membrane pool comprises membrane module, outlet and blowdown pipe. The immobilized microorganism ball comprises magnetic medium and activated sludge. The magnetic medium is passivated nickel metal. The activated sludge is rich in microorganisms and surrounds the magnetic medium forming spherical shape.
