NOVELTY - A pneumatic rubber tire has internal tread rubber layer comprising composition containing carbon black based filler containing 5-40 phr rubber reinforcing carbon black (C1) having dibutylphthalate (DBP) value of 62-150 cc/100 g and iodine value of 20-205 m2/g, 5-20 phr electroconductive carbon black (C2) having DBP value of 175-570 cc/100 g and iodine value of 180-650 m2/g, up to 15 phr graphene platelets (C3) comprising at least partially exfoliated graphite, and up to 10 phr carbon nanotubes. USE - Pneumatic rubber tire (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A pneumatic rubber tire has a circumferential tread of cap/base configuration comprising outer tread cap rubber layer and internal tread rubber layer. The internal tread rubber layer rubber composition comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber (A) containing 10-80 phr syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene and 90-20 phr at least one additional diene-based elastomer comprising polymer or copolymer of isoprene and/or 1,3-butadiene and copolymer of styrene and isoprene and/or 1,3-butadiene, elastomer(s) (B) comprising 10-80 phr syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene, or 90-20 phr additional diene-based elastomer comprising polymer and/or copolymer of isoprene and/or 1,3-butadiene and copolymer of styrene and/or isoprene and/or 1,3-butadiene, up to 40 phr filler reinforcement (C) comprising up to 10 phr carbon black and/or amorphous, synthetic silica (e.g. precipitated silica), or platelets of exfoliated clay (e.g. exfoliated montmorillonite clay) and up to 40 phr clay (unexfoliated clay such as kaolinite clay). The filler reinforcement optionally contains up to 10 phr platelets of exfoliated clay and up to 40 phr clay (unexfoliated clay). The carbon black based filler contains 5-40 phr rubber reinforcing carbon black (C1) having dibutylphthalate (DBP) value of 62-150 cc/100 g and iodine value of 20-205 m2/g, 5-20 phr electroconductive carbon black (C2) having DBP value of 175-570 cc/100 g and iodine value of 180-650 m2/g, up to 15 phr graphene platelets (C3) comprising at least partially exfoliated graphite, and up to 10 phr carbon nanotubes.
