NOVELTY - Preparing polyisoprene rubber modified graphene modified chloroprene rubber involves adding neoprene rubber, polyisoprene rubber modified graphene, magnesium oxide, antioxidant, stearic acid, plasticizer, carbon black, accelerator, zinc oxide and sulfur to the open mill for plasticizing thin pass, placing in a flat vulcanizer, vulcanizing at 150-165℃ for 5-10 minutes to obtain polyisoprene rubber modified graphene modified chloroprene rubber. USE - Method for preparing polyisoprene rubber modified graphene modified chloroprene rubber. ADVANTAGE - The polyisoprene rubber modified graphene modified chloroprene rubber has better compatibility with neoprene, strong interface bonding, can overcome graphene agglomeration and promote uniform dispersion, form a stable and tight cross-linking site in the neoprene matrix, when subjected to external stress, can well disperse stress, reduce the generation and diffusion of microcracks, play an excellent reinforcing role, and improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of neoprene.
