▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer electrochemical sensor preparing method involves preparing self-assembly of arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer with specific structure by the complexation of silver and amine and the interaction of silver and silver and electrodepositing graphene oxide on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode. The synthesized arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer is placed on the electrode surface and utilized the electrocatalytic activity of arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer on hydrogen peroxide to detect the arginine-glycine-aspartic acid peptide. USE - Method for preparing arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer electrochemical sensor that is utilized for detecting arginine-glycine-aspartic acid peptide in urine and serum (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-silver-(I) coordination polymer electrochemical sensor with strong specificity and high sensitivity in accurate, reliable and cost-effective manner.
