NOVELTY - Preparing bismuth vanadate (BiVO4) electrode co-modified by metal organic frameworks (MOF) and hydrothermal reduced graphene oxide (HrGO) involves dissolving bismuth nitrate in nitric acid, adding ammonium metavanadate and polyvinyl alcohol, and ultrasonically obtaining seed solution. The seed solution is smeared on clean conductive glass, dried, calcined and taken out as base electrode. The bismuth nitrate and ammonium metavanadate is dissolved in nitric acid, placed into substrate electrode, subjected to hydrothermal reaction, and calcined after reaction to obtain BiVO4 electrode. The 2-aminoterephthalic acid is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) and tetrabutyl titanate in methanol, mixed and stirred. The reduced graphene oxide obtained by hydrogen plasma treatment is added and mixed uniformly. The BiVO4 electrode is placed into solvothermal reaction to obtain BiVO4/NH2MIL125-HrGO composite film electrode. USE - Method for preparing BiVO4 electrode co-modified by MOF and HrGO used in field of photocatalysis (claimed).
