NOVELTY - Antibacterial oxygen fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprises phthalic butyl benzyl ester, polyimide, graphite fluoride, potassium sulfate, sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate, salicylic acid, phosphoric anhydride, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, isothiazolinone, calcium propionate, sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, 2-bromo-4-methylphenol, tetrabutyl titanate, calcium petroleum sulfonate, polyvinyl alcohol, stearic acid, dimethylformamide, sulfuric acid, and anhydrous ethanol. USE - Antibacterial oxygen fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating can effectively increase antibacterial anticorrosion performance and improve storage stability of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antibacterial oxygen fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprises 3-4 pts. wt. phthalic butyl benzyl ester, 100-110 pts. wt. polyimide, 10-14 pts. wt. graphite fluoride, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. potassium sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. potassium permanganate, 4-6 pts. wt. salicylic acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. phosphoric anhydride, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dicyclohexyl carbodiimide, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 1-2 pts. wt. isothiazolinone, 2-3 pts. wt. calcium propionate, 0.4-1 pt. wt. sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, 0.6-1 pt. wt. 2-bromo-4-methylphenol, 4-7 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 0.8-1 pt. wt. calcium petroleum sulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 0.4-1 pt. wt. stearic acid, dimethylformamide, sulfuric acid, and anhydrous ethanol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antibacterial oxygen fluorinated graphene composite polyimide powder coating comprising adding calcium propionate to 50-64 deionized water, uniformly stirring, heating to 30-40 degrees C, adding alkyl benzene sulfonate, stirring for 4-10 minutes, adding tetrabutyl titanate, incubating for 30-40 minutes, dropping 4-10 mol/L sulfuric acid, adjusting pH to 1-2, adding polyvinyl alcohol, heating to 51-60 degrees C, incubating for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitate for 3-4 times, vacuum drying at 90-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and obtaining modified titanium sol; adding isothiazolinone in 100-130 times by weight dimethylformamide, stirring uniformly, adding modified titanium sol, and sonicating for 3-5 minutes to obtain antibacterial amide dispersion; putting graphite fluoride, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, adding 5-7 times by weight 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution, oil bath heating to 80-90 degrees C, incubating for 8-9 hours, discharging, filtering, washing with water for 3-4 times, drying at 60-65 degrees C for 10-12 hours, mixing with sodium nitrate, adding 17-20 times by weight sulfuric acid solution into ice water bath, adding potassium permanganate, stirring, reacting for 4-5 hours, discharging, heating at 35-40 degrees C, keeping temperature, reacting for 1-2 hours, adding 10-15 times distilled water, continue heating to 90-95 degrees C, preserving temperature and reacting for 10-20 minutes, standing for 10-15 hours, centrifuging, separating, washing precipitate for 2-3 times, and freeze-drying for 40-50 hours to obtain oxide graphite fluoride; adding to dispersion antibacterial amide sebacate, heating at 57-60 degrees C, keeping temperature for 20-25 hours, cooling, and sonicating at 60-65 W for 1-2 hours to obtain graphite oxide dispersion; taking 4-dimethylamino pyridine, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide and dimethyl formamide, and agitating to obtain catalytic dispersion; adding anhydrous ethanol to 2-bromo-4-methyl phenol, stirring uniformly, adding calcium petroleum sulfonate, stirring at 60-70 degrees C for 4-10 minutes, adding polyimide, insulating at 100-110 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding stearic acid, and stirring to normal temperature to obtain alcohol dispersion; adding graphite oxide dispersion in ice water bath, dropping catalyst dispersion, finishing dripping, stirring, reacting for 2-3 hours, discharging, heating at 60-64 degrees C, keeping temperature for 40-50 hours, centrifuging, washing precipitates for 3-4 times with dimethylformamide, absolute ethyl alcohol, and deionized water, and freeze-drying to obtain grafting graphene; and putting grafted graphene in alcohol dispersion, sonicating for 3-4 minutes, residual mixing each raw materials, stirring uniformly, feeding into extruder, melting and extruding, cooling, grinding into fine powders, and sieving.
