NOVELTY - A epoxy-based graphene-glass fiber reinforced sheet is formed by preparing graphene powder by mechanical modification of graphene, adding 0.3 wt.% graphene powder to acetone solution, ultrasonically dispersing the mixed solution in ultrasonic machine to obtain a suspension, adding a molten epoxy resin to the suspension, uniformly stirring to form a graphene epoxy resin composite liquid, immersing 30-50 wt.% glass fibers in the graphene epoxy resin composite liquid, supplying the mixture into a mold, discharging bubbles until the design thickness is reached, gelling, solidifying, curing, and demolding. USE - Epoxy-based graphene-glass fiber reinforced sheet. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy-based graphene-glass fiber reinforced sheet having excellent wear resistance, high strength, large modulus, and low density is manufactured efficiently by simple method.
