▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Chemotactic antibacterial nanomaterial comprises graphene oxide and polydopamine coated on surface of graphene oxide, and its surface is adsorbed with antibacterial peptide. The antibacterial peptide is loaded with a chemotactic agent through a chemical reaction. USE - Chemotactic antibacterial nanomaterial used in an antibacterial biological agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemotactic antibacterial nanomaterial solves problem of bacteria invading organism, bacteria and medicine remaining in tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a chemotactic antibacterial nanomaterial, which involves: (A) adding dopamine hydrochloride to Tris-HCl buffer, adding graphene oxide for performing ultrasonic treatment, stirring it to coat surface of graphene oxide with polydopamine, and centrifuging it to obtain PDA@GO; (B) adding antimicrobial peptide and PDA@GO to Tris-HCl buffer, stirring it to adsorb antimicrobial peptide on the polydopamine surface, and centrifuging it to obtain the antimicrobial peptide-PDA@GO; and (C) dissolving chemotactic agent in Tris-HCl buffer to obtain chemotactic agent solution, adding NHS, stirring it for 2-3 hours at 25-30 degrees C, adding EDC and antimicrobial peptide-PDA@GO, stirring it to load chemotactic agent on antimicrobial peptide through dehydration condensation reaction, and centrifuging it to obtain the chemotactic antimicrobial nanomaterial which is named as chemotactic agent/antimicrobial peptide-PDA@GO.
