NOVELTY - Preparing silicon nano-graphite flake composite material involves preparing oxidized graphene suspension by using hummer method to prepare graphite oxide to form graphene oxide nano-suspension in deionized water, preparing silicon nanometre suspension by adding lithium silicide particles into ethanol, stirring and reacting at room temperature, filtering to obtain silicon particles, dispersing in ethanol again and processing ultrasonically to obtain silicon nano suspension, preparing silicon nano-graphite flake composite material to obtain graphene oxide nano-suspension with constant stirring and mixing uniformly, evaporating under vacuum condition at 600-1000 degrees C and performing annealing to obtain silicon nanographite nano composite material. USE - Method for preparing silicon nano-graphite flake composite material used as cathode material in lithium ion battery(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon nano-graphite flake composite material has large storing capacity, good cycle performance and fast charge and discharge speed.
