NOVELTY - Carbon fiber composite material wire core comprises a substrate layer material modified carbon fiber, an adhesive layer material and an elastic layer material. The preparation of the adhesive layer material comprises adding a high-functionality epoxy resin into a magnetic stirrer, adding 3-5 times propanol, adding 30-40% modified graphene, heating to 70 degrees C, stirring at 220-260 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding 2% acrylic emulsion and stirring at 500-600 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours. The preparation of the elastic layer material comprises adding polyether polyol into polyurethane in a weight ratio of 1:2, adding 1-2 times polyurethane diethylaminoethanol, stirring at 300-500 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes, adding 20% glucose pentapropionate, high-speed stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes. USE - Used as carbon fiber composite material wire core. ADVANTAGE - The core contains many benzene ring structures.
