NOVELTY - Manufacture of LED lamp radiating material, involves preparing a base liquid by adding 45-55 pts. wt. organosilicon-modified phenolic aldehyde resin, 12-14 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 13-17 pts. wt. kaolin, and 5-7 pts. wt. lime to water, heating at 85-95 degrees C, and stirring for 30-50 minutes, preparing additive liquid by grinding 8-10 pts. wt. boron nitride, 1.6-2 pts. wt. manganese sulfide, 6-10 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. copper powder, 8-12 pts. wt. potassium sulfate, and 6-8 pts. wt. antioxidant, adding water, and stirring, heating the base liquid under high pressure condition of 1.7-1.9 MPa, while adding the additive liquid, molding, and naturally cooling. USE - Manufacture of LED lamp radiating material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides material which has excellent radiating performance, and provides LED lamps having prolonged service life and lighting effect.
