NOVELTY - Preparing nylon graphene antistatic fabric, comprises selecting warp 15D-70D nylon fiber, weft 15D-70D nylon DTY×3 plus 15D-70D nylon graphene fiber blended black silk×2 as raw materials for weaving, dyeing, dehydrating, performing first setting, and second setting to enhance water repellency, where the dyestuff for dyeing process comprises 4.0 pts. wt. acid black, 0.8 pts. wt. acid yellow, 0.5 pts. wt. acid red, and 0.5 pts. wt. 98% glacial acetic acid, calendering by adopting an oil surface pressing roller, applying coating twice, with 5 ovens each time, adding 3% bulking agent, 3% softening agent and 3% smoothing agent, passing through water and paddling, drying, passing through two ovens with the temperature of 80℃, and drying to shape, and molding. The softening agent used in dyeing is treated with tannic acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing nylon graphene antistatic fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare chinlon graphene antistatic fabric that has excellent anti-static function, anti-splashing performance and anti-velvet performance, and is light, thin and beautiful, and avoids the embarrassment that the black silk is too obvious and monotonous. The cloth is beautiful, light and thin, soft, anti-velvet, high-efficiency durable antistatic, not easy to wrinkle, and leakage-proof, and durable. It avoids the potential safety hazard caused by the static of the clothes in many occasions.
