NOVELTY - The method involves (i) embedding treatment of conductive nano particles and magnetic nano particles, heating sodium hydroxide, stirring to form uniform styrene maleic acid salt solution, adding the conductive nano particles and magnetic nano particles and styrene maleic acid salt solution into distilled water for ultrasonic treatment, placing in vacuum drying box and placing in the ball mill; (ii) preparing sodium hydroxide solution, placing the styrene maleic acid in the sodium hydroxide solution, collecting the styrene maleic acid sodium salt, filtering edge cleaning, drying the collected styrene maleic acid sodium salt in a vacuum drying box, grinding the polyether sulfone and the nano particles, drying the styrene maleic acid sodium salt, polyethylene glycol, dimethyl acetamide and distilled water, de-foaming the casting film liquid, coating on the glass plate or non-woven fabric, placing in the coagulating bath water, taking out and placing in the distilled water for cleaning. USE - The method is useful for preparing flexible electromagnetic shielding polyether sulfone film. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the reflection of the electromagnetic wave in the application of electromagnetic shielding field, enhances absorption and improves the electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flexible electromagnetic shielding polyether sulfone film comprises (i) embedding treatment of conductive nano particles and magnetic nano particles, where the molecular weight is 500-5000, the anhydride content is 20-50 wt.% styrene maleic acid and distilled water, heating sodium hydroxide and stirring for 1-24 hours at a certain mass ratio in the temperature range of 40-60degrees Celsius to form uniform styrene maleic acid salt solution, adding the conductive nano particles and magnetic nano particles respectively styrene maleic acid salt solution with mass ratio of 1: 0.11-0.8 into 50-250 ml distilled water for ultrasonic treatment for a certain time, placing in 60-80degrees Celsius vacuum drying box to dry to constant weight to obtain the embedded nano particles and placing the embedded nano particles in the ball mill for grinding for 2-8 hours; (ii) preparing flexible electromagnetic shielding polyether sulfone film; preparing 1-40 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution, placing the styrene maleic acid with the molecular weight of 100000-300000 in the sodium hydroxide solution for 1-24 hours, collecting the styrene maleic acid sodium salt by side pumping and filtering edge cleaning and drying the collected styrene maleic acid sodium salt in a vacuum drying box at 60-100degrees Celsius, grinding the polyether sulfone and the nano particles with a certain mass ratio, drying the styrene maleic acid sodium salt, polyethylene glycol, dimethyl acetamide and distilled water in the temperature of 70-100degrees Celsius to dissolve for 24-48 hours to obtain the uniform casting solution, de-foaming the casting film liquid for 3-10 hours, using the automatic film-scraping machine with electric field and magnetic field device to coat on the glass plate or non-woven fabric, and staying for 1-5 minutes in the air, placing in the coagulating bath water to exchange to obtain the composite film with magnetic nano-particle and conductive nano-particle presenting gradient distribution, taking out the obtained composite film from the coagulation bath, and placing in the distilled water for cleaning to obtain the flexible electromagnetic shielding polyether sulfone film.
