NOVELTY - Graphene wood-plastic floor comprises graphene wear-resistant layers laminated sequentially from top to bottom, decorative layer and graphene composite base layer, where the graphene wear-resistant layer comprises 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 20 pts. wt. aluminum oxide and 80 pts. wt. melamine resin, and the graphene composite base layer comprises 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 90 pts. wt. polyethylene, 40 pts. wt. plant powder, 30 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1 pt. wt. lubricant, 2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1 pt. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1 pt. wt. antioxidant and 1 pt. wt. anti-impact filler. USE - As graphene wood-plastic floor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene wood-plastic floor reduces the expansion and contraction deformation of the wood-plastic floor, improves the UV resistance, toughness and thermal conductivity of the wood-plastic floor, simplifies the production process, reduces the production cost and extends the wood-plastic floor service life.
