NOVELTY - A red fluorescent labeled graphene-titanium dioxide nano composite material preparing method involves dissolving fluorescein rhodamine B in dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain solution-A, taking animal protein, adding sodium carbonate and stirring to obtain solution-B. The solution-A is added in solution-B. The solution-C is transferred to a dialysis bag, immersed in sodium carbonate solution, followed by taking dispersing nano material in water to obtain solution-D, diluting rhodamine B in water to obtain solution-E, mixing solution-E and solution-D and centrifuging to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing red fluorescent labeled graphene-titanium dioxide nano composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A red fluorescent labeled graphene-titanium dioxide nano composite material preparing method involves dissolving fluorescein rhodamine B in dimethyl sulfoxide to obtain solution-A, storing the solution-A away from light, taking animal protein, adding aqueous sodium carbonate at a pH of 8.5-9.5 and stirring at room temperature until complete dissolution to obtain solution-B. The solution-A is transferred to the syringe, and solution-B to vessel, placed under dark conditions and subjected for adding 1-5 pts. vol. solution A in 10-20 pts. vol. solution-B to obtain solution-C. The solution-C is transferred to a dialysis bag, immersed in an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate at a pH of 8.5-9.5 until the dialysis bag into a cloudy solution after the clear and transparent and removed to obtain animal protein marker rhodamine B, followed by taking graphene-titanium dioxide composite nano material, dispersing in water to obtain solution-D, diluting animal protein marker rhodamine B in water at a concentration of 2-5 mg/ml to obtain solution-E, mixing solution-E and solution-D at a volume ratio of 1:0.8-1.2 for 12-60 hours to obtain mixed solution, and centrifuging the mixed solution to obtain the finished product.
