USE - Preparation of graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene powder having high quality and rich carbon source. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene powder involves mixing soluble metal salt and soluble phosphate, stirring the mixed solution, obtaining a gel, transferring the gel to a reactor, reacting at 60-200 degrees C for 4-150 hours, washing with distilled water to neutral, separating, drying, obtaining layered phosphate, adding aqueous solution of carbohydrate to the resultant product, ultrasonically treating or mechanically agitating, obtaining suspension of layered phosphate, stirring at 50-100 degrees C for 6-48 hours, completely dissolving carbohydrate, obtaining inter-layered phosphate layer, washing the resultant product, centrifuging, drying, grinding, obtaining precursor powder, precarbonizing the resultant product at 100-200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, obtaining solid powder, carrying out high-temperature calcination of solid powder in vacuum furnace under the protection of an inert gas, obtaining phosphate/graphene composite, adding the resultant product to hydrochloric acid solution, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-8 hours, centrifuging and drying.
