NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antistatic coating involves (a) taking graphene powder, 5-10 wt.% N-methylpyrrolidone, 85-92 wt% organic silicone paint, (b) dissolving the graphene powder in N-methane to obtain a mixed solution, (c) disolving the organic silicon paint in the mixed solution to obtain mixed paint, and (d) coating the mixed paint on the base material and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for graphene antistatic coating, which is useful in anti-static coating and anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antistatic coating has excellent anti-static performance, anti-corrosion performance, bonding force with the substrate, corrosion resistance and adhesive force with substrate, and does not appear foaming and falling off condition, and is prepared by simple technique.
