▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sulfonated graphene oxide inorganic filler containing sulfonated poly-benzothiazole-based composite proton exchange membrane (I) is new. (I) is prepared by using sulfonated poly-benzothiazole with repeating structural unit as matrix and functionalized graphite as filler, and doping filler into polymer matrix by solution casting process to prepare composite proton exchange membrane. USE - Used as sulfonated graphene oxide inorganic filler containing sulfonated poly-benzothiazole-based composite proton exchange membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes simple, cheap and easily available raw materials; has mild reaction process; and is easy to control; can prepare polymer matrix with excellent solubility thus the prepared composite proton exchange membrane is formed completely without any damage. (I): utilizes presence of acidic groups in sulfonated graphene oxide results in a strong interfacial interaction between graphite face and polymer matrix, which in turn improves thermal and mechanical stability of film, and acidic group can also provide more auxiliary jumping sites for proton movement in membrane, which enhances proton conductivity of membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sulfonated graphene oxide inorganic filler containing sulfonated poly-benzothiazole-based composite proton exchange membrane of formula (I) is new. (I) is prepared by using sulfonated poly-benzothiazole with repeating structural unit as matrix and functionalized graphite as filler, and doping filler into polymer matrix by solution casting process to prepare composite proton exchange membrane. The repeating structural unit of sulfonated poly-benzothiazole contains at least one X1and X2structures. X1= biphenyl-3,3'-disulfonic acid, 3,3'-oxydibenzenesulfonic acid, naphthalene-2-sulfonic acid, naphthalene-1,3-disulfonic acid, 3,3'-sulfonyldibenzenesulfonic acid or 4,4'-((3-sulfophenyl)phosphoryl)dibenzoic acid; and X2= biphenyl, oxydibenzene, naphthalene, (diphenylphosphoryl)benzene or benzophenone. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
