NOVELTY - Production of graphene oxide film comprises preparing graphene oxide solution by modified Hummers method using graphite as raw material, preparing graphene oxide film by bar coating method, vacuum evaporating aluminum, depositing graphene oxide film surface with aluminum film, reducing with hydrochloric acid solution, and washing with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water. USE - Method for producing graphene oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly, and reduces cost.
