NOVELTY - A nano-thickness independent self-supporting pleated graphene film has a thickness of 16-130 nm and transparency of less than 50%, and is composed of randomly folded graphene sheets with AB stacking rate of 50-70%, and few defects with ratio of intensity of D-Raman peak and G-Raman peak (ID/IG) of less than 0.01. USE - Nano-thickness independent self-supporting folded graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The nano-thickness independent self-supporting folded graphene film has complete graphene element structure, no defects, lot of folds, and interlaminar structure content of more than 30%, extremely thin thickness of 16-130nm, and excellent flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing nano-thickness independent self-supporting pleated graphene film, which involves (i) formulating graphene oxide into graphene oxide organic solution with concentration of 0.5-10 mu g/mL, and precipitating with weak solvent to obtain graphene oxide film, and finally carrying out suction filtration with anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) as base, (ii) placing graphene oxide film attached to the AAO film in a closed container, fumigating at 60-100 degrees C with high steam for 1-10 hours, (iii) uniformly coating solid transfer agent on the surface of the graphene film through evaporation and casting method, curing solid transfer agent by heating at a temperature lower than 5 degrees C below the melting point of the solid transfer agent, (iv) maintaining graphene film coated with the solid transfer agent at room temperature, automatically separating graphene film from AAO film, (v) volatilizing solid transfer agent from graphene film supported by the solid transfer agent at a temperature at which the solid transfer agent volatilizes, and obtaining independently self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film, (vi) placing self-supporting reduced graphene oxide film in a high-temperature furnace for high-temperature annealing at 2400-3000 degrees C at a heating rate of not more than 20 degrees C/minute and maintaining for 1-12 hour.
