▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A directional arrangement composite smart material is prepared by performing surface functionalization of reactive monomers and comonomer of polymer microspheres to obtain surface functionalized polymer microspheres, performing surface functionalization on conductive fillers to obtain surface functionalized conductive fillers, forming microsphere dispersion of surface-loaded conductive filler based on the surface functionalized polymer microspheres and the surface functionalized conductive filler, loading microsphere dispersion of conductive fillers on the surface to form a three-dimensional conductive network, and forming composite smart material with directional arrangement based on the three-dimensional conductive network, polymer and curing agent. USE - Directional arrangement composite smart material used for smart sensor (claimed) for civil engineering monitoring applications such as bridge engineering vibration monitoring and road and tunnel engineering deformation monitoring applications. ADVANTAGE - The smart material realizes the directional arrangement of the conductive network and has improved stability and durability of conductive network. The microsphere load and self-assembly improves the dispersibility and order of conductive filler in the mechanical sensitive material, and realizes the target of the real directional arrangement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a smart sensor, which is prepared by cutting and directionally arranging the composite smart materials, as the core functional components of smart sensors, fixing the metal wire as the electrode of the smart sensor using a conductive silver glue, covering with polymer layer as a protective layer for sensitive sensors and forming smart sensor based on the smart sensor core functional components, the smart sensor electrodes and the protective layer.
