▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of oil-water separation type sodium alginate/graphene oxide composite aerogel, involves dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, magnetic stirring at 800-1200 rpm to prepare sodium alginate solution with concentration of 1-4 wt.%, ultrasonically treating 0.5-3 wt.% graphene oxide suspension for 10-20 minutes, adding to sodium alginate solution, magnetic stirring to obtain sodium alginate/graphene oxide dispersion, and placing vessel containing sodium alginate/graphene oxide dispersion in freeze-drying system for freeze-drying. USE - Preparation of oil-water separation type sodium alginate/graphene oxide composite aerogel (claimed) used in marine application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of oil-water separation type sodium alginate/graphene oxide composite aerogel with high porous structure, high separation efficiency, high salt tolerance, high flexibility, high mechanical strength, excellent oil resistance, and high reuse ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of oil-water separation type sodium alginate/graphene oxide composite aerogel, involves dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, magnetic stirring at 800-1200 rpm, gradually reducing the stirring speed to 500 rpm after 1-2 hours until becomes transparent solution to prepare sodium alginate solution with concentration of 1-4 wt.%, ultrasonically treating 0.5-3 wt.% graphene oxide suspension for 10-20 minutes, adding to sodium alginate solution, magnetic stirring at 1200-2000 rpm for not less than 2 hours to obtain sodium alginate/graphene oxide dispersion, and placing vessel containing sodium alginate/graphene oxide dispersion in freeze-drying system for freeze-drying. The mass ratio of graphene oxide to sodium alginate is 0.5:10-1:10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for oil-water separation type sodium alginate/graphene oxide composite aerogel.
