ADVANTAGE - The reagent: cracks cell in biological sample in short time; is capable of absorbing protein adsorbed on the nucleic acid released by the specific adsorption cell after decomposing, making the nucleic acid fully free, which is convenient for grabbing ion column or magnetic bead so as to obtain pure nucleic acid. The method: is simple, ensures high yield, and suitable for molecular biological gene operation or clinical gene diagnosis field in various types of biological sample nucleic acid extraction and purification.
