▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Far infrared mask fabric comprises 20-50 wt.% graphene modified loycell fiber and 50-80 wt.% loycell fiber, where the graphene-modified loycell fibers have a graphene content of 0.5-5 wt.% of the fiber. USE - Used as far infrared mask fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene having far-infrared and loycell fibers with biocompatible and biodegradable properties. The mask fabric is harmless to the human body and the environment; and is in line with national environmental requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing far infrared mask fabric comprising (a) preparing modified lyocell fibers by subjecting the sodium dodecyl sulfonate-modified surfactant graphene and cellulose/N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide solution into wet spinning, to obtain a fossil-modified lyocell fiber with far-infrared emission, where the amount of graphene and the cellulose is 0.5-5 wt.%, (b) far infrared mask spunlace fabric forming by mixing the modified lyocell fiber and common lyocell fiber in a ratio of 1:1-4:1, opening the fiber, carding and spunlacing to form a nonwoven fabric having a surface density of 30 g/m2, where the spun-laced reinforcing water injection pressure and the water injection pressure of the first channel is 1.5 MPa, the water injection pressure of the second spunlace is 4.5 MPa and the water injection pressure of the third second spunlace is 5 MPa and drying.
