NOVELTY - High flexural modulus, low water absorption carbon fiber-graphene/nylon composite material, comprises 100 pts. wt. nylon 610, 5-25 pts. wt. graphene/styrene-glycidyl methacrylate-isobornyl methacrylate polymer masterbatch, 8-22 pts. wt. nylon 6T/6I, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 40-100 pts. wt. chopped carbon fiber, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The high flexural modulus, low water absorption carbon fiber-graphene/nylon composite material is useful for manufacturing unmanned aerial vehicle rotor. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-fiber graphene/nylon composite material has high bending modulus, low water absorption rate, high strength, high toughness and low density, and excellent high temperature rigidity, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and wetting property of carbon fiber PA6T is blended with nylon 610, which can further effectively improve the modulus of nylon 610 and improve the wettability and material fluidity of the carbon fiber reducing the nylon 610 composite material moisture absorption rate also can form a hydrophobic layer on the material surface reduces moisture attached to material surface polyvinylidene fluoride.
