▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing covalently modified graphene comprises (i) adding diaziridine compound into the dichlorotoluene in the dark, and then stirring until the mixture to obtain dichlorotoluene solution of diaziridine compound, (ii) adding graphene into the dichlorotoluene solution of diaziridine compound obtained in step (i), and reacting through ultraviolet photoreactor, (iii) heating the solution oil bath after the reaction in step (ii), and stirring, and (iv) vacuum filtering the solution after step (iii), separately washing the filter cake obtained by suction filtration with deionized water and ethanol for many times, drying the washed filter cake under vacuum at room temperature, and grinding to obtain modified graphene. USE - The modified graphene is useful in preparing organic coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene has strong reaction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing organic coating comprising (a) preparing modified graphene by above method, (ii) dispersing the modified graphene obtained in step (a) into n-butanol for ultra sonication, then adding bisphenol A epoxy resin and surfactant, ultrasonic stirring, finally adding polyetheramine, ultrasonically stirring, removing bubbles in a vacuum to obtain ink-type modified graphene/epoxy glue with black gloss, adding in the refrigerator and storing at a temperature below 10 degrees C, (c) using a carbon steel sheet as a coating substrate, allowing to sand with sandpaper, washing with deionized water for many times, then immersing in a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, then rinsing with deionized water for many times, soaking the oil in acetone, and then rinsing with ethanol for many times, drying and sealing to ensure that the carbon steel substrate is polished and smooth before coating, and no impurities attached, and (d) spin-coating the modified graphene/epoxy resin glue prepared in step (b) onto the carbon steel sheet processed in step (c) by a homo-mixer, placing the coated carbon steel sheet in a blast drying oven and curing to obtain final product.
