NOVELTY - Manufacture of yarn comprises (i) selecting a certain amount of basalt fiber raw materials, sisal fiber raw material and cotton fiber rawmaterial, (ii) using the basalt fibre raw material as a core, the sisal raw material, and the cotton raw materials as an outer coating of the base material of the raw materials of the fiber, using a drawing frame for drawing the base materials, and using a coarse sand machine for twisting and processing the wiring harness to obtain a basalt blended yarn, (iii) treating the surface of the fine blended yarn with an absorbing device, (iv) using a yarn steamer to process the yarn steaming process of the yarn after the hair is removed, (v) dyeing the dyed fine woven yarn, and (vi) drying the dyed dyed dyed fine dyed yarn. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A manufacturing method of yarn, involves (S1) selecting a certain amount of basalt fiber raw material, sisal fiber raw material and cotton fiber raw material in a ratio of 1:1:1, (S2) processing the basalt fiber raw material, sisal fiber raw material and cotton fiber raw material respectively by different processing techniques, (S3) taking basalt fiber raw material as core, and sisal fiber raw material and cotton fiber raw material as outer coating basalt fiber raw material, using a drawing frame to draw basalt fiber raw material, sisal fiber raw material and cotton fiber raw material, and using a coarse sand machine for twisting and processing the wiring harness to obtain basalt blended coarse yarn, using a fine sand machine to twist the basalt blended coarse yarn again to obtain fine basalt blended yarn, (S4) treating a surface of the fine basalt blended spun yarn by an absorbing device, (S5) steaming the fine basalt blended yarn after removing the hair using a yarn steaming machine, (S6) dyeing the fine basalt blended yarn after steaming the yarn, and (S7) drying the dyed fine basalt blended yarn.
