NOVELTY - Modified graphene oxide is obtained by dehydration condensation reaction of graphene oxide with mercaptosiloxane after hydrolysis, where mass ratio of the mercaptosiloxane to graphene oxide is 6-8:1. The dehydration condensation reaction temperature is 65-95 degrees C, and the reaction time is 9-12 hours. USE - Modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide is helps to solves problem of poor high and low temperature resistance of the nitrile rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a graphene-modified nitrile rubber, which involves: (A) weighing formulation of graphene-modified nitrile rubber; (B) masticating the nitrile rubber to obtain a plastic compound; (C) sequentially adding a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization activator, a plasticizer, an antioxidant, and a filler to obtained plasticating rubber and uniformly mixing to obtain a premixed compound; (D) cooling obtained premixed compound, adding a modified graphene oxide-carboxybutyronitrile rubber masterbatch, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed compound; (E) mixing obtained rubber and cooling, adding vulcanization accelerator and uniformly mixing mixture and then obtaining lower film to obtain a kneaded rubber film; and (F) vulcanizing obtained rubberized film at 150-170 degrees C for 90 minutes to obtain a graphene-modified nitrile rubber.
