NOVELTY - Preparation of highly thermally conductive insulating grease filled with modified graphene microdisk involves soaking carbon fiber in acetone and concentrated nitric acid sequentially, reacting with graphene microdisks, thionyl chloride, dimethylformamide (DMF) and 4-aminophenoxyphthalonitrile to obtain cyanide graphene microchip, pre-heating high-speed mixer, adding boron nitride powder, coupling agent hydrolysate and cyanide graphene microchip, mixing with stearic acid in ethanol solution, standing, drying supernatant, mixing with dimethyl silicone oil, roasting mixture, and stirring. USE - Method for preparing highly thermally conductive insulating grease filled with modified graphene microdisk (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of highly thermally conductive insulating grease filled with modified graphene microdisk comprises soaking carbon fiber in acetone and concentrated nitric acid sequentially remove surface oxidation, adding graphene microdisks, thionyl chloride and dimethylformamide (DMF) catalyst, stirring under reflux, adding 4-aminophenoxyphthalonitrile, reacting further, washing product, and drying to obtain cyanide graphene microchip; mixing ethanol and water uniformly, adjusting pH of mixture, and adding coupling agent with stirring to obtain coupling agent hydrolysate; and pre-heating high-speed mixer, adding boron nitride powder, coupling agent hydrolysate and cyanide graphene microchip to obtain mixed filler, mixing with stearic acid in ethanol solution, standing for stratification, removing supernatant, drying, mixing with dimethyl silicone oil in colloidal mixer, roasting mixture, and stirring.
