NOVELTY - High-solid clean odor matte topcoat comprises 10-30 parts mass alkyd resin, 10-20 parts mass polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, 5-15 parts mass self-dulling acrylic emulsion, 0.2-0.8 part mass silicon oxide nanopowder, 0.5-1.5 parts mass graphene nanopowder, 3-6 parts mass orange oil, 0.5-3 parts mass matte powder, 0.2-0.8 part mass wax powder, 5-10 parts mass matte trimer curing agent, 20-40 parts mass butyl acetate, 5-15 parts mass propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 10-20 parts mass methyl isobutyl ketone, and reminder of xylene, where the viscosity of the matte topcoat is 10-35 s. USE - The high-solid odor-removing matt finish paint is useful in furniture paint technology field, where the furniture material comprises base material, glue or paint. ADVANTAGE - The matte topcoat uses orange oil to modify the alkyd resin to obtain the net-taste alkyd resin, improves the leveling, lubricity and matting properties of the matte powder, ensures that a small amount of modified matte powder can achieve high-quality matting effect, and has excellent the curing effect and scratch resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A method for preparing the matte topcoat, involving (a) weighing the above components, (b) evenly mixing the alkyd resin and orange oil for reaction and deodorization, adding polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, self-dulling acrylic emulsion, matte trimer curing agent, butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and methyl isobutyl ketone for uniform mixing to form an intermediate product (A), (c) evenly mixing the wax powder and half of the silica nanopowder to make an additive material (B), (d) uniformly mixing the graphene nanopowder and half of the silicon oxide nanopowder to make additive material (C), (e) adding the matte powder and additive material (B) to a modified kettle for uniform mixing, adding the additive material (C) for modification at 70-130℃ to make a modified powder (D), and (f) adding the modified powder (D) to the intermediate product (A) for uniform mixing, ad adding xylene during the mixing process until the viscosity reaches 10-35 s to obtain the topcoat. An application method of the matte topcoat, involving painting the topcoat by spraying, brushing or dipping, where the topcoat thickness is 0.3-1 mm.
