▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene aqueous heat-conducting anticorrosive paint comprises components (I,II) in a weight ratio of 100:55-62. Component (I) is a mixture comprising 30 wt.% fatty alcohol, 1-3 wt.% additive, 30-40 wt.% three-dimensional graphene dispersion, and remaining filler. The three-dimensional graphene dispersion comprises 2-10 g/L three-dimensional graphene, deionized water, and polyvinyl alcohol. Component (II) is a bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion. USE - Three-dimensional graphene aqueous heat-conducting anticorrosive paint is used for treating metal surface e.g. radiating aluminum foil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous heat-conducting anticorrosive paint, which involves mixing three-dimensional graphene, deionized water, and polyvinyl alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing at 100-150 W to obtain three-dimensional graphene dispersion, adding the dispersion, additive and filler to fatty alcohol, stirring, grinding in a sand mill to obtain component (I) having a fineness of 40 mu m or less, and mixing components (I,II).
