▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite filter tip comprises a general adsorption section and a specific adsorption section. The specific adsorption section is loaded with a mixture of graphene oxide bonded silica gel, modified activated carbon and nano-silicon-based oxide modified by linoleic acid. The common adsorption section and the specific adsorption section are arranged coaxially in series. The graphene oxide bonded silica gel is prepared by utilizing graphene oxide, dimethylformamide solution, silica gel, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and methanol. The modified activated carbon is prepared by utilizing activated carbon, and concentrated acid which is concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid or concentrated phosphoric acid. The linoleic acid-modified nano silicon-based oxide is prepared by utilizing linoleic acid, nano-silicon dioxide powder, and n-hexane solvent. The materials of the general adsorption section and the specific adsorption section are both cellulose acetate. USE - The composite filter tip is useful for absorbing n-caproic acid in cigarette smoke. ADVANTAGE - The composite filter tip has very ideal removing effect for the normal caproic acid in the cigarette smoke; can effectively reduce the stimulating acid smell of the cigarette; at the same time, will not cause loss of fragrance substance in the smoke and improve the taste of the whole cigarette. The graphene oxide bonding silica gel and active carbon treated by acid can increase hydroxy group, carboxy and other oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of the material, which is good for the small molecule acidic generating molecular electrostatic interaction; and the hydroxy number of surface of nano-silicon-based oxide modified by linoleic acid is reduced, is good in dispersing in the filter rod plasticizer triacetyl glycerine; and is convenient to be uniformly added to the acetate fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a cigarette.
