▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified water heavy metal composition adsorbent, comprises 12-38 pts. wt. graphene, 8-19 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 6-18 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane, 7-21 pts. wt. sodium nitrate, 7-18 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 12-25 pts. wt. manganese chloride, 7-14 pts. wt. nitric acid, 3-11 pts. wt. nickel nitrate, 7-16 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, and 4-13 pts. wt. zinc chloride. USE - Used as graphene-modified water heavy metal composition adsorbent. ADVANTAGE - The composition adsorbent is environmental-friendly; has short treatment period and wide application range, and does not cause secondary pollution; and can promotes enrichment of graphene modified flocculation of heavy metal in water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing composition adsorbent comprising (i) mixing potassium permanganate, 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane and sodium nitrate, crushing and grinding till the grain diameter is 80-150 meshes, placing in oven at 100-120 degrees C for 60-85 minutes; (ii) adding graphene into the absorbent substrate, placing in crucible, heating, heating while adding 7-22% of sulfuric acid solution, preparing into paste, stopping heating; (iii) adding hydrogen peroxide, manganese chloride and nitric acid into the first modified adsorbent matrix, mixing uniformly at 25-30 degrees C for 1-3.5 hours, heating the crucible continuously till the water is volatilizing completely, stopping heating; (iv) adding second modified adsorbent substrate into 12-25% sodium hydroxide solution, mixing uniformly, then adding nickel nitrate and zinc chloride at 4-8 degrees C for 40-80 minutes; and (v) placing the product of the crosslinking reaction in oven at 100-120 degrees C for 1-3.5 hours.
