NOVELTY - A high-temperature roller consists of a rotary shaft having an inner hollow shape, discs formed with hollow holes to be fitted to the outer surface of the rotating shaft, and a flange provided at both ends of the rotary shaft for fixing the discs. The discs are compressed in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft. The discs are laminated to form a circular disc having thickness of 4.5 mm, and comprises 20 wt.% ceramic fibers, 35 wt.% sepiolite, 11 wt.% needle-shaped wollastonite, 13 wt.% mica, 17 wt.% alumina, 30 wt.% inorganic filler, 2 wt.% pulp, and 2 wt.% flocculant aid. The discs are compressed at a compression rate of 35-45% based on the pre-compression thickness, and include a coating layer containing 100 pts. wt. alumina sol, 10-30 pts. wt. dispersion solvent and 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The diameter of the hollow hole is 0.4-0.45 with respect to the diameter of the disc. USE - High-temperature roller used for car. ADVANTAGE - The roller has excellent heat resistance, adhesiveness, durability and lubricating performance and reduced friction characteristics due to the addition of graphene oxide, and is compact and lightweight and capable of preventing adsorption of residues on the surface.
