NOVELTY - The invention provides a structure of blending graphene and PMMA in active layer for raising photoelectric conversion efficiency of polymer solar cell. It mainly comprises an anode layer, a hole transport layer, an active layer, a cathode layer, a plurality of graphene and a plurality of polymethylmethacrylate. According to this innovative and unique design, this invention adds a plurality of graphene and a plurality of polymethylmethacrylate into battery device. By high mobility of multiple graphene and function for promoting agglomeration of active layer from multiple polymethylmethacrylate, electron can be conducted to cathode rapidly for decreasing recombination chance of electron and hole. An effective method of raising photoelectric conversion efficiency of organic conjugated polymer solar cell is provided.
