▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Hydrocracking catalyst is capable of hydrocracking a carbon-heteroatom bond in a substrate organic compound containing the carbon-heteroatom bond, and the hydrocracking catalyst comprises at least a palladium catalyst and a carbon-based catalyst having a Bronsted acid site. USE - The hydrocracking catalyst is used for hydrocracking carbon-heteroatom bond in substrate organic compound containing carbon-heteroatom bond, and used for producing a produced organic compound in which at least one carbon-heteroatom bond is performed with hydrocracking, which is used for continuously producing a product organic compound (all claimed). The catalyst is used for deprotection reactions when synthesizing organic compounds used in various pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is greatly reduced in the amount of palladium compared with the conventional palladium catalysts and has an equivalent or superior catalytic activity to those of the conventional catalysts, and is possible to produce an organic material product continuously while preventing the deactivation of the palladium catalyst. The catalyst has high hydrocracking activity, and excellent hydrocracking reaction occurs in the coordinated organic compound. In the continuous production method of the produced organic compound, a carbon-based catalyst having a Bronsted acid site can be used as the Bronsted acid catalyst from the viewpoint that the catalyst separation from the reaction solution and the neutralization process can be omitted. The catalyst has high catalytic activity than the conventional palladium catalyst while reducing the amount of palladium used. The catalyst can continuously produce a produced organic compound in a high yield while using a smaller amount of palladium than before. The method is capable of continuously producing a produced organic compound in a high yield while using a smaller amount of palladium than before. The catalyst is capable of desorbing a protecting group from a compound having a protecting group having a carbon-heteroatom bond by hydrocracking. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a produced organic compound in which at least one carbon-heteroatom bond is performed with hydrocracking, involving contacting a substrate organic compound containing a carbon-heteroatom bond, molecular hydrogen, a Bronsted acid catalyst and a palladium catalyst with each other in a reactor; and (2) a method for continuously producing a product organic compound, involving after producing a produced organic compound in which at least one carbon-heteroatom bond is performed with hydrocracking by the above method, involving adding a new substrate organic compound and a Bronsted acid catalyst into the reactor and re-contacting it with the palladium catalyst used in the reaction.
