NOVELTY - Graphite is dispersed in hydrogen peroxide solution, stirred for 30 minutes to 5 hours, obtained mixture is thermally treated at 100-400 degrees C for 5-12 hours under pressure of 100-1000 Pa and ultrasonically treated for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The product is stirred continuously for 2-6 hours and dried in vacuum for 12-24 hours, to obtain graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene having high electrical property and stability. Decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to oxygen and water, is carried out in absence of solvent residue.
