NOVELTY - The piece comprises a current collector and an electrode active layer located on the surface of the current collector. The electrode active layer comprises an electrode active material, an agglomerant conductive agent and an ion conductive agent. The ion-conductive agent comprises a sulfinyl-modified graphene. USE - The electrode pole piece is used in lithium-ion battery of a battery module of a vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode pole piece improves the multiplying power performance of the large-rate charging and discharging battery at low temperature, improves the fast charging and characteristics service life, so as to improve the use condition and safety performance of battery.
