NOVELTY - Olefinic high fireproof damping material is composed of 10-12 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide or modified graphene oxide, 20-22 pts. wt. mica, 20-22 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 5-6 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-2 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-6 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 4-6 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Olefinic high fireproof damping material for preparing a high-speed steel shock absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The olefinic high fireproof damping material is helps to improves the damping effect and effectively reduces the density of smoke, and has high fire performance conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing a novel olefinic high fire resistance damping material, which involves: (A) weighing 10-12 pts. wt. acrylate rubber and mixing it in a two-roll mill at 120-130 degrees C for 2-3 minutes, after spreading uniformly; (B) adding 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide or sequentially modified graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant 616, 20-22 pts. wt. mica, 20-22 pts. wt. vermiculite first flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. second flame retardant, open for 10-12 minutes; and (C) placing obtained corner material in a mold, and protecting surface by a polytetrafluoroethylene film, and placing in a fully automatic flat vulcanizing machine at a temperature of 120-130 degrees C, and the pressure is 10-12 mega Pascal and heating for 3-5 minute, after cooling for 2-3 minutes and taking out formed damping piece from the mold to room temperature.
