NOVELTY - The device has a sound producing element that is connected with a signal input device. The sound producing element is provided with graphene film structure. The input signal is provided to graphene oxide film structure by signal input device to change the structure of the surrounding medium density wave. USE - Thermally induced phonation device used in mobile phone,MPEG (audio layer-3), MPEG (audio layer-4), TV, computer, ultrasound imaging device and distance measuring system. ADVANTAGE - The phonation device which is reliability, flexible and transparent can be provided at low cost. The performance of phonation device can be improved.
