▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-strength aluminum alloy profile comprises 95-115 pts. wt. silicon, 35-45 pts. wt. iron, 3-5 pts. wt. copper, 20-70 pts. wt. carbon, 7-9 pts. wt. manganese, 8-10 pts. wt. magnesium, 17-21 pts. wt. chromium, 15-20 pts. wt. zinc, 7-10 pts. wt. titanium and balance aluminum. USE - High-strength aluminum alloy profile used for manufacturing automobile chassis material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon is added into the high-strength aluminum alloy profile, which not only increases the mechanical strength alloy and ductility, but also improves the anti-corrosion performance of the aluminum alloy. The content distribution of each element makes the action of each element fully exert, and improves the mechanical property of the aluminium alloy. The method makes the hardness of the aluminum alloy is greatly improved. The internal structure of the aluminum alloy is improved by controlling the temperature and time of three-stage homogenization treatment, so that the structure in subsequent aluminium alloy is more uniform in the subsequent extrusion forming process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-strength aluminum alloy profile.
