NOVELTY - Aminotrimethylene phosphonate supported graphene oxide reinforced toughened phenolic foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. resol phenolic resin, 1-5 pts. wt. flame retardant toughening agent, 4-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 8-10 pts. wt. curing agent and 6-12 pts. wt. blowing agent. USE - Used as aminotrimethylene phosphonate supported graphene oxide reinforced toughened phenolic foam material. ADVANTAGE - The phenolic foam material has high intensity, excellent flame retardant property and low pulverization rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing phenolic foam material comprising mixing resole phenolic resin, aminotrimethylene phosphonate supported graphene oxide flame retardant toughener, surfactant, curing agent and foaming agent under stirring conditions, and then adding into the mold, foaming, and curing at 70-90 degrees C for 40-80 minutes to obtain final product.
